A 1-2-1 session gives you the opportunity to guide your yin yoga sessions, to discover more about your variable anatomy and to explore exactly where your practice's attention should be focused.

And best of all? You don't need to leave home. One of us will come to you.

Our time together will look at assisted yin yoga - which is bliss - and nothing like what most know as a hands on adjustment/ alignment experience - because if you know us, and you know yin - that's not yoga.
