Our initial appointment will be required to be paid in full, in advance.
Further deposits up until 48 hours to your appointment, are fully refundable and we will reschedule your time within our normal working hours.
From 48 hours to 24 hours, your deposit will be fully transferable to your next appointment.
With any cancellation at less than 24 hours notice, your deposit is now deemed non refundable and non transferable.
In the event of us having to reschedule or cancel - we will work out with of our normal working days and hours to ensure your time with us will work around whatever is best for you.
Paula or Al turning up at your venue/ home/ workplace for your appointment is classified as us honouring our appointment with you and will require full payment.
This is a tough one for us, but we have, sadly, turned up just one too many times now to find that you're not there.
Please understand that the moment we take your booking - that time is now unavailable for anyone else.
Please also understand that if we have arrived for your appointment that we have already committed financially & physically to being there.

We have always done our best to keep our prices accessible. We have recently increased these to still keep them accessible but to begin to reflect the depth of experience we bring to you.
Our financial investment to our continuing personal development and skill set is our commitment to you, and reflects the financial commitment that you make with us.
We will always ensure we bring new facets, teachings, techniques and ideas to everything we offer.

We have a 'pay it forward' option in our shop, this means we can offer classes, treatments, events, retreat places to someone who really needs the time and simply has not the means. So if you can, pay it forward as this ensures that what we offer can be accessed by everyone - as it should be.
