Sound Therapy & Sound Baths
Paula has trained with the British Academy of Sound Therapy and uses their teachings along with her Shamanic Training to provide you with a unique experience of sound and meditation.

It is now widely accepted that most illness are stress related. Treatment methodologies that promote relaxation and help reduce stress can be a very effective way to prevent and treat illness - sound therapy is not only very effective at reducing stress, it also enables an individual to relax deeply, achieving an altered state of consciousness similar to that of deep meditation.

A variety of instruments are used during the sound bath, such as singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, creating a meditative and healing experience by combining specific frequencies. Participants lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds and vibrations of the instruments wash over them, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and promoting a sense of  peace and well-being.
The term "sound bath" comes from the idea that the sound waves produced by the instruments can envelop and bathe the listener in healing vibrations. Sound baths are often used for meditation, relaxation, and to promote physical and emotional healing. They can be experienced in group settings or individually with a trained sound therapist.
