Our ethos is that what we offer should be available for everyone.
 
If your personal financial circumstances are preventing you from attending a class, there is always a donation/honesty box at our paid classes - give what you can.
Our promise to you is that you can do this simply and discreetly and know that whatever you offer is received with gratitude.
We have spare mats, we have cushions and bolsters. 
All you need to attend a class is yourself.

We will then ensure that someone receives your gift - or if you have a specific individual/organisation in mind then let us know and we will action your wishes, or work with you to see it through.
