Classes, workshops, events & courses: What do I need to bring?
Not much, other than yourself.
Since Covid, it has become good practice to bring your own mat and blanket. We do bring spares, along with any bolsters/straps required for a mat based class but numbers are limited, if in doubt, please just ask. You are certainly not required to spend a lot of money on fancy gear - that's not what we are about.
Clothing - be comfortable. We really mean that. The more comfy you are, the more you will get out of our time together. Layers are always good, especially if we are in a Scottish village hall.
A water bottle and maybe a little snack to have on your journey home. Food is very grounding and some of the work we will do can leave you either a bit spaced out, or ravenous.
Payment can be taken online, or in cash on the day - if what we offer is something you know you need, but you feel finances are a barrier, please, please do not be shy in speaking to us. We hold a couple of community spaces in everything we do to cover for this and a sliding scale of payment allow others to essentially pay it forward.

What do I need to do before I come?
For our classes & workshops: Ideally, turn up early for the class, if you are caught up or struggle with the time, then let us know and we will save you a space close to the door so you can come in and set up with ease.
If you are coming to an event, an email will be sent out a few days before we meet with directions and an outline of what to expect.
You have already filled out the health questionnaire - so we are good to go.
