According to the Oxford Dictionary, the word retreat is defined as: a movement away from a place or an enemy because of danger or defeat.

In recent years, the word has become synonymous with periods of withdrawal to a quiet place for rest, reflection, or spiritual practice.

Retreats often involve activities such as yoga, meditation, or could be based around nutrition, nature and detox. Ultimately, it is space away from daily life in order to rejuvenate the mind, body, and spirit. A space for recalibrating, connecting, discovering and all with time to breathe and switch off from life's responsibilities.

 So yes, if we look at this, what we offer certainly fits into the category of retreats.
