Sweatlodge Waiver
If this is your first Lodge - I'm so excited for you, and if you have attended a Sweat before - Yay!
This form is a requirement for my insurances, but also for your safety.
We've already filled out our health questionnaire - if there's anything on there that means we need a chat - I'll be in touch soon.
What do you need to bring?
Your water bottle. And drink a lot before you enter the lodge.
Anything you wish to place upon the altar outside.
Bring a swimsuit/cover up/ shorts to wear in the Lodge.
Bring a towel to sit on (we will be on the ground) and another. one/robe/dryrobe/cover up to leave outside for afterwards.
An openness and willingness to explore.
How do I prepare?
Like any ceremony, set your intent. If you are unsure about what that could be, then set that intent to be open to the gifts of the Lodge.
Ideally, cut back on caffeine and processed sugar/foods leading up to our day and fast on the day of the Lodge. If you really struggle with fasting or managing blood sugar, some clear broth/fruit before the fire is lit would be advised.
