Sports Therapy

Sports therapy focuses on the prevention, assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation of injuries related to physical activity and sport. It combines knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and exercise science to help people recover from injury, improve performance, and reduce the risk of future problems. Sports therapists use techniques such as injury assessment, exercise rehabilitation, manual therapy, taping, massage, and advice on training and recovery. Treatment is suitable for everyone with athletes and non-athletes of all levels, aiming to restore function, manage pain, and support safe return to activity.

Prior to treatment, we will have a chat to see what fits you best. 

This tends not be a one off treatment, but between 3 - 6, possibly more.

Our aim will be to return you to your normal daily activities/ sport as soon as we can and to provide you with a tool kit of skills and options to keep yourself mobile and strong - and away from injury/pain.
